About
Brian Migliaccio: About Me
A Beaverton native and fifth-generation Oregonian, I joined real estate with a love of all that Oregon has to offer its residents. Growing up, I enjoyed large family gatherings and getting to know everyone in my local community. I bring that love of people to real estate, where I operate with a community-based approach to buying, selling, and investing. My passion is getting to know each client and what their new home means to them!
Before real estate, I worked in diverse roles, including in the financial sector as an operations executive for an asset management company and in the steel industry as a commodities broker. My experience taught me the importance of down-to-earth personal connections, a keen contractual eye, and the power of negotiation. I’m putting those skills to work for my clients.
I have a large extended family and two children, ages 4 and 1. I enjoy escaping to the great outdoors with them and my wife, Maya. We live in an adorable 1920s bungalow in West Linn, and we love the town’s amazing park system and the access to the Willamette River. I also try to support the local community as much as I can. I’ve had the privilege of being an executive board member of the Northwest Business Association (of Portland), contributing my time and proceeds to local nonprofits, and being a certified foster parent.
About My Business
My business is based on my core principles of integrity, trust, and professionalism. These days, my business is mainly based on referrals from past clients. I love getting to know the extended communities of my clients, and I work tirelessly to consult and advise them on their real estate needs. It's why my clients consistently call me again and again. I am a licensed Realtor® in the State of Oregon and operate under the umbrella of The Hasson Company and with a team, Skyline to Vine Real Estate and Consulting, to serve the extended Portland Metropolitan Area.
